As Director of Investor Relations, you will play a key role in building and executing Investor Relations strategies, develop and implement investor communication strategies, and alongside with the partners as a critical point of contact for investors. It is a very fast paced role with a wide range of responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to network and inspire.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing Investor Relations strategies while identifying and implementing global best practices
Serving as the primary point of contact between the investment community and the company
Developing and managing investor targeting programs, developing strong relationships and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders
Developing investor confidence and belief in the company’s strategic vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value
Leading strategic communication within the investment community, effectively communicating the Company’s strategy and financial position to investors
Leading the development and creation of best-in-class Investment Relations content
Maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects and raising capital as required for a growing fund management business
Monitoring market trends and providing insights on market activity

YOUR PROFILE

The ideal candidate will have the following credentials:

Relevant experiece in the financial service industry, preferably in the area of investor relations
A foundation of financial acumen, including corporate finance, capital markets, and business analytics
Ability to maintain CRM systems
Superior communication and effective networking skills
A demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate the perspective of investors and to influence diverse stakeholders
The ability to assess the overall picture and understand key risks with a dedicated work ethic to deliver high standards of excellence
Global perspective and a creative approach for thinking about innovation and the future of private markets
A passion and ambition to lead while demonstrating learning agility, emotional intelligence, and a desire to achieve a bigger impact
Fluency in English and Lithuanian
