We are looking for a proactive and collaborative colleague to join IRE (Infrastructure Reliability Engineering) department in Tech Innovation & Foundation. You will work in a cross-functional Agile squad, which is responsible for Danske Bank’s Infrastructure services, where our mission is to provide standardized automation practices.

You will join a global team (consisting of colleagues from India and Lithuania) that is characterized by a solid customer-centric mindset and fun-loving. On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with IT Engineers and Product owners across IRE to mature the Agile practices of our squads, empower our colleagues and help IRE to be a front-runner in providing standardized Automation solutions.

Together we will make some magic by balancing a high delivery focus while having fun and ensuring that you both grow personally and professionally.

Depending on your skills, knowledge and experience, you may be offered different seniority in the role.

Mission

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand and clarify their needs
• Translate business needs into clear objectives on paper with clear acceptance criteria
• Challenge existing practices
• Provide domain knowledge to the development team, testing, facilitation of workshops, analysis of problems
• Be responsible for creating workflow diagrams

Skills

• At least 3+ years of experience working as a business analyst with IT within the Banking domain
• Strong analytical mindset and detail-oriented approach
• Delivery and quality focus with the ability to put customers first
• Strong collaboration, communication and reasoning skills
• Ability to influence, negotiate and challenge stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take on complex challenges
• Team member who suggests improvements and best solutions
• Experience with FIGMA (would be considered as a bonus)
• Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst–Business, Senior.
