We are looking for a collaborative and in HR payroll processes experienced colleague to join our HR Services LT team.  As a Payroll Specialist, you will be working on global end-to-end processes and local payroll tasks, primarily covering administrative support for the employees in Lithuania. Besides, you will have an exciting opportunity to participate in various Payroll-related projects.

You will be a great fit if you are organised, love to work with excel, able to deliver high quality and efficiency while also being a great team player. The strategic goal of the team is to become a center of excellence for HR Service deliveries.

Mission

  • Administrate employee data in Alga HR/Profit-Web system
  • Communicate with managers and employees at all levels in several countries by e-mail and phone
  • Prepare different HR payroll-related reports
  • Collaborate with vendors, colleagues in and outside Lithuania
  • Participate in various HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Review and update internal procedures in fields related to HR payroll
  • Ensure GDPR compliance of HR payroll data
  • Perform post-payroll controls
  • Take care of other payroll administrative tasks and support queries

Skills

  • Knowledge of applicable labor laws and basic accounting principles
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Quality consciousness and understanding of risks and controls
  • Willingness to take ownership for various payroll projects and/or initiatives
  • Excellent Excel skills will be seen as an advantage
  • Knowledge of Alga HR/Profit-Web system will be seen as a big advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Agility and proactiveness
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)2+ years of experience in working with payroll tasks (HR administration would be an advantage)
  • 2+ years of experience in working with payroll tasks (HR administration would be an advantage)

We offer:

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Officer - Service Delivery (HR Services Specialist).
