Our team is responsible for the accurate and prompt processing of payments and communication with clearing and settlement mechanisms. We are in the active development phase of our next-generation payment systems and are seeking new team members for the Payment Execution Squad.

Work on the payment execution of millions of transactions for a leading bank, impacting millions of users, and contribute to the development of critical financial systems in northern Europe.
Mission
- Implement, evolve, and maintain applications that process payments and communicate with multiple other systems
- Participate in the entire software engineering cycle, including architecture, coding, code reviews, and maintenance
- Collaborate closely with teammates of all levels of seniority and a large group of Java software engineers
- Work on critical financial systems, ensuring robustness and ease of maintenance
- Take ownership of the service and be responsible for part of the system
Skills
- Strong foundation in Java (Core) and libraries/frameworks in the Java ecosystem
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
- Experience with messaging-based applications, Kubernetes, gRPC, Spring Boot, and MS SQL is a plus
- Collaborative and team-oriented personality
- Willingness to learn about complex systems related to payment processing at scale

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2680 EUR to 4020 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be IT Software Engineer (Cloud Specialist), Associate.
