Management Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

We work with senior leadership, supporting a number of various activities that ensure a smooth and effective daily operation for them.
As our new Management Coordinator, you will play an important role for the Senior Leaders, where you will perform various administrative activities and coordination, ensuring that all quality and service standards are achieved efficiently and accurately. Depending on your skills and interests, you are able to influence your role and gain broader responsibilities over time.
The position offers a great opportunity for development and exposure to senior leaders at Danske Bank, as well as working with many other business units in the bank.
You will be part of a team of Management Coordinators with whom you will be collaborating.
We expect you to be people-focused, have proven organizational skills, and be willing to become a part of an international team. In addition, we expect you to be able to adjust to the rapidly changing environment and priorities in order to support our Senior Leaders in an efficient and effective manner.
Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 18 months).
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.
Mission
- Support leaders with their calendars and organize meetings across different time zones
- Arrange travel for the leadership team
- Assist in approving access rights and invoice management
- Organize social activities
- Be the one point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
- Support the leaders with various ad-hoc tasks, including occasional presentations, HR-related activities, etc
- Supervise and support various Management Coordinator Team activities to ensure we work in an efficient and effective way
Skills
- Have at least 2–3 years of relevant administrative assistant or office admin experience within an international setting
- Use initiative, take responsibility, and work effectively with minimum supervision
- An effective and accurate administrator with the proven ability to achieve and maintain high standards of work and take pride in working in a stable role for senior leadership
- Minimum upper-intermediate skills in English, both written and spoken
- Are proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Have great time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Enjoy working in an international setting and thrive in a diverse, changing, and fast-paced environment
- A team player, though you work effectively with your own tasks

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1840 EUR to 2760 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
