Market Data Business Analyst

The Market Data Management team is looking for a new colleague in Vilnius. You will enter an exciting and international environment, working and communicating with all management levels, market data vendors (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Nasdaq, etc.), business stakeholders, market data users, IT and development units across the bank.
We are a team of 10 colleagues in DK and LT with close daily collaboration. You will be part of the Core Team, responsible for securing efficient day-to-day management of our market data inventory, contractual obligations, access and user management, vendor reporting, and invoice conciliation. The Core Team focuses on quality of inventory, efficiency in processes, and having costs and risks under control.
The Market Data Management team has been recognized for its contributions to Danske Bank’s 2023 strategy and needs a skilled and dedicated colleague to continue this journey!

Mission
- Interact with stakeholders and vendors in response to queries and challenges; collect and act on new requests and requirements from market data users across the group
- Maintain high-quality data in the systems (inventory database management, invoice review process)
- Report our use of data to vendors and stakeholders
- Continuously improve processes and procedures; establish, if needed, and implement market data and contract management procedures
- Lead and identify continuous improvement and cost reductions on a regular and proactive basis
- Support the team in reaching its objectives
- Participate in cross-functional projects as a project member or subject matter expert
Skills
- 2 years plus experience in a finance, procurement, or business administration role, preferably within the financial services industry
- Advanced English skills, both oral and written
- Great collaboration and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a complex environment
- ’Can-do’ attitude and ability to work in a self-sustained manner
- Analytical problem-solving skills and comfort managing multiple priorities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2680 EUR to 4020 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business.
