Join us as a PMO Specialist in Data Management at Danske Bank (Maternity Cover).
Are you prepared to contribute significantly to Danske Bank’s shift toward being a fully data-driven organisation? We are seeking a proactive and motivated professional to support our Group Data Management programme on a maternity leave cover basis.
The Group Data Management Office (GDMO) is an integral part of the Data & Analytics Organisation, helping the Group mitigate various data risks. As Danske Bank’s Data Management Centre of Excellence, our team of 22 skilled employees is based across Copenhagen, London, Vilnius, Århus, and India. We set data management standards, create essential business processes, select and drive data management tools, and implement and drive the data management programme. Our remit includes the entire Danske Bank Group.
The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover, with an expected duration of around 12 months.

Mission
- Collaborate closely with the Data Management Programme Manager on daily programme delivery and future-proofing the programme setup
- Support Data Management leads in tracking programme deliveries and managing risks
- Facilitate and drive workshops within the team and across the organisation
- Maintain a structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks, including updating and tracking project plans, and managing risks and issues
- Engage in effective stakeholder management with a diverse range of stakeholders across the bank
Skills
- Solid understanding of project management practices, gained through experience in project management, PMO roles, or consulting
- Team player with effective communication skills and a self-driven attitude
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English skills required
- Proficiency in the Office suite required; skills in MS Project, JIRA, and Tableau is beneficial

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Project Manager.
