We are approx. 190 engaged colleagues located in 3 different countries and we are now looking for an excellent Product Owner to join your squad for Loan & Payment Administration.

Mission

• Own some of our core backend services and play a significant role in delivering new features as well as operational stabilities
• Initiative owner, drive and take ownership for the full process from idea to services are implemented, often in close collaboration with other squads
• Own a number of critical services on our mainframe platform
• Play a vital role in ensuring that initiatives are used as enablers to improve and modernize the system landscape as well as ensuring that critical APIs are created/exposed to support the digitalization of core processes
• Drive and prioritize the backlog and be overall responsible for delivering the outcomes agreed upon
• Create a vision for the squad, and direct and guide the squad members to deliver on the product backlog, though you will not have HR responsibilities

Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as Product Owner and Project Manager for IT development. You can create and deliver on a product roadmap. I.e., you possess great project management skills
• A good understanding of building and maintaining backend solutions
• Advanced English language skills
• Experience working in an Agile setup
• Strong communication skills, ability to set clear direction and motivate a team and stakeholders
• Ability to manage the product backlog and prioritize it based on changing requirement
• Not being afraid to “get your hands dirty” and go into the details when required

In addition, general knowledge about real estate processes and payment and loan administration processes is a benefit, as it helps to be able to speak the lingo so that things are not lost in translation.

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 5280 EUR to 7920 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Squad Leader (Product Owner).
