In Digital Front Door Tribe we are dedicated to revolutionizing customer engagement through delivering the best experience to our customers. By focusing on intuitive design and seamless user experiences, we aim at making digital interactions not only possible but also pleasurable for nearly 2 million customers across the Nordics which we serve every day.
Join us, as a Product Owner in our newly forming Digital Design Experience Squad within the Digital Front Door Tribe. Together with your squad you will be responsible for co-creating and implementing the design system for our new digital channels, as well as ensuring a smooth transition from the current design system to a new one, forming the basis for the future of our digital channels.
You will be joining the cross-functional Digital Front Door tribe, consisting of 11 squads, spanning across various digital customer and advisor facing solutions, from Mobile Banking, eBanking, Pocket Money app and Adviser Portal. You will be working in an international environment with colleagues located in Denmark, Finland, Lithuania and India.
Mission
- Set your squad vision, goals, success metrics and completely own your squad roadmap in alignment with business priorities
- Spearhead the co-creation, development and implementation of a new design system, targeted for both mobile and web platforms to incorporate the design needs of new initiatives as well as legacy systems
- Provide expert guidance and essential documentation to integrate Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) smoothly and effectively into digital channels
- Collaborate closely with the squad to determine the best technical implementation methods and prioritize future needs for design system development
- Ensure that all design elements adhere to accessibility standards, providing an inclusive user experience across all digital touchpoints
- Ensure smooth collaboration with stakeholders working towards same business priorities and aim for a coherent customer experience across various touchpoints
Skills
You are a great relationship builder, who can navigate on both strategic and operational levels. You are an innovative and entrepreneurial leader, and you stay truly customer-centric while aligning business and IT in delivering great products & solutions to our customers – though not having the HR leader role. We expect you possess:
- Previous experience working as a product owner or project manager (preferably related to digital service, digital design or user experience)
- An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices
- Strategic thinking, and ability to bring clarity and coherence to complex design initiatives
- A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
- A transparent and curious approach to ways of working: you take action, value feedback and have the courage to challenge
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively
- Advanced communication skills in English, both written and spoken

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Squad Leader (Product Owner).
