Do you have experience in Project Management with a record of accomplishment in delivering small Financial Crime projects? Do you want to take part in driving our transformation and the development of a centralized change management organization within 1st Line Financial Crime Risk and Prevention?

Danske Bank is on an ambitious and broad transformation journey within the Financial Crime control ecosystem, including large-scale technology and process implementations, and the alignment of organization and governance to meet the needs of the bank and our customers in the future. While overseeing programs within all financial crime disciplines, the solutions must align with a strategic and complementary suite of controls to drive consistency, efficiency, and robust risk management.

In addition to uplifting our financial crime prevention controls and processes, it is critical to tackle the various threads holistically as a single financial crime ecosystem to drive consistency, cohesion, and the most robust risk management.

We are a team of change professionals, primarily with backgrounds in project management, optimization, and consulting, covering many nationalities. On a daily basis, we work in task forces, supporting each other to drive and facilitate a part of our overall change agenda. As our new Project Manager, you will join a task force, help bring structure to different projects, and progress the change agenda within one of our 1LOD Financial Crime uplift programs.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: minimum 12 months).

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority levels of the role.

Mission

  • Drive small projects or participate using your structure, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills to deliver change from start to finish
  • Bring ideas, structure, and problem-solving skills to facilitate our change agenda
  • Identify and interact with all relevant stakeholders and weigh different needs to ensure effective design and implementation of change
  • Take on ad hoc tasks to ensure the change agenda in 1st Line Financial Crime
  • Plan, facilitate, and drive small project related workshops

Skills

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in driving small projects or managing a prioritized change agenda in an international organization
  • A get-things-done profile, eagerness to learn, and always finding a way around obstacles
  • Predominantly independent tasks and partly complex tasks solved predominantly through own decision-making
  • Willing to take the lead to progress against a goal and like to work with people, navigate a network of many stakeholders, build relations, and facilitate a common direction to deliver the change
  • Possess an analytical mindset, be able to break down complex problems and find the right solutions and exercise judgment to balance competing demands and potential solutions to problems
  • Relevant university education such as business management, engineering, project management, or similar
  • Advanced skills in English and great communication skills and enjoy working in a structured manner
  • Experience with change projects in an in-house development organization or management consulting firm and background in Financial Crime is desired

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
