Project Manager
Task information:
BMI are seeking experienced Cross-Functional Project Managers with either Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and SupplyChain to lead and coordinate projects that span multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams, managing resources efficiently, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects involving diverse.
Key responsibilities:
- Work alongside Global process specialists to build business cases and define high level plan.
- Create integrated GPO plan which will include all initiatives across the Finance landscape.
- Managing and delivery to Plan.
- Ability to led and collaborate between functions.
- Managing RAID, mitigations and broader project actions.
- Status Reporting, consolidation and validate.
- Management of Change request.
- Cross Dependency management.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Manage Resource tracking and impact.
- Work in partnership with Change and Training leads.
- Manage governance and ways of working for the project.
- Control the project scope and schedule.
Requirements:
Must Have requirements:
- Background in Manufacturing organisations.
- Ability to led and collaborate between functions.
- Understanding of Master Data.
- Support on deployment of P2F remediation activities.
- Support on P2F Roadmap projects.
Requirements:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software.
- 6+ years of experience in project management cross-functional projects preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, including system implementation and process optimization.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with lean and agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- JIRA, Confluence.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
