The Digital Transformation Team oversees the implementation of the GC Strategy (Digital Intelligence), leads the Compliance Cluster in the Risk & Compliance Tribe, reviews and updates the GC process landscape (including new processes), and implements Data Governance in Group Compliance.

The Digital Transformation is leading the journey in Group Compliance to enable the organisation to become more efficient and automated, using the process and data landscape as the foundation.

Mission

• Organize the Process Landscape for Group Compliance. The Process Landscape is the foundation to ensure proper governance in Group Compliance for our Risk Assessments, Business Continuity Plans, SLA’s, SLD’s and the Danske Bank Service Model
• Engage with stakeholders across Group Compliance using their input to build the Process Landscape
• Use the Process Landscape as the foundation for potential automation of Group Compliance
• Build the Governance for the Process Landscape to ensure regular reviews and identification of where Technology can be applied to the process such as GenAI but also traditional technology
• Build the Governance that ensures that we identify and document new processes
• Collaborate with resources allocated to Data Management implementation where the Process landscape acts as our foundation for identification of critical data

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience from a similar role as business analyst
• Previous experience engaging and collaborating with stakeholders on any level
• Basic insight to and understanding of where and how technology can be applied to make processes more effective
• Genuine drive and no problems with taking ownership of different tasks. You don’t wait for someone to tell you the next step
• Work in a team and working cross borders is not a problem
• Analytical mindset and preferably you have experience with bridging business and IT
• Upper-Intermediate English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business, Senior.
