Mission

• Become part of a great Squad that provide digital signing capabilities for all our sales journeys. You will be part of owning a large domain and several IT solutions which play a big part of the bank’s digital strategy
• Be driving both maintenance, incidents handling, new feature descriptions and strategic initiatives, whilst acting as a bridge between our consumers, business units and the squad
• Test and improve the various services and make sure our deployed solutions are continuously improved
• Support the Product Owner and squad in continuously assessing our strategy and our ways of working

Skills

• Your greatest asset is your optimistic outlook, creative problem-solving skills and your ability to work collaboratively with the mandate to do things differently – and you dare to fail and learn from it
• You have a technical interest for system & process interactions, maintenance of solutions and your ability to take ownership of the domain is essential
• Further, your abilities to put the customers/users first, to collaborate with many different types of people, to challenge ideas, and to learn should come natural to you
• You have a minimum of +4 years as a Business Analyst, perhaps even within domains such as product deliveries
• Good knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams)
• You have advanced English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst – Business, Senior.
