The GenAI Tribe is a dedicated unit helping Danske Bank to implement and integrate GenAI tools and services across various functions. This strategic focus prioritises agent acceleration, enabling the bank to remain at the forefront of technological advancements in the financial sector.
As a Senior Business Analyst in our GenAI Tribe, you will analyse business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with organisational goals. Your focus will be on defining the tooling needed to support the deployment and scalability of AI Agents, bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.

Mission
- Capture and document business requirements, ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders across the bank
- Collaborate with development and business teams to design and define tooling and solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical capabilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable epics and user stories in an agile, scrum-based environment
- Conduct end-to-end testing with development teams, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and fulfil business requirements and user needs
- Analyse and mitigate potential risks associated with AI agents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Seek feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously improve solutions, ensuring they evolve with changing business needs and technological advancements
Skills
- Proven experience working in an agile environment, preferably as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or Scrum Master
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
- Interest in AI’s potential to transform businesses and organisations
- Ability to simplify complex technical and business ideas into clear, actionable steps
- Flexibility and commitment to continuous learning and improvement in a dynamic area
- Advanced English language proficiency and effective communication skills
- Any experience in the financial sector and/or AI implementation (would be beneficial)

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
