The Housing Journeys Tribe caters for all mortgage finance journeys and collaborates closely with colleagues across the value chain, from our advisors in Danske Bank to our colleagues in Services.

Our mission is: “We enable easy and confident decisions on Real Estate financing by providing intuitive and simple digital experiences.”

We aim to deliver end-to-end experiences for both customers and colleagues through the journey of buying and owning Real Estate in Sweden and Finland. We want our customers to feel confident about taking decisions by providing fast answers and the opportunity to self-service as much as possible.

Our goal is to build solutions which enable aligned and efficient processes and meet the needs of local markets. You will join our squad ‘Housing Experience’ located in Sweden, Lithuania and Denmark. As a team, you will be trusted and empowered to support us make the needed change towards becoming a simpler bank.

We work in a scaled agile set-up, with cross-functional squads staffed with a mix of business analysts, developers, designers, etc. As a Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for driving, analyzing, developing, testing, and documenting deliveries in collaboration with different stakeholders.

Your daily work will consist of collaborating with various stakeholders to identify requirements translating business needs into clear objectives, challenge existing practices, provide domain knowledge to the development team, testing, facilitation of workshops, analysis of problems, project management and much more.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

This role does not include a relocation allowance.

Skills

• Have 3+ years experience in the discipline of being a Business Analyst
• Enjoy working in a team and socialize with others. You have the interest to speak up and take part. You should be able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, both within and outside the squad, and share your ideas, opinions, and feedback openly and constructively
• Enjoy listening and understanding the business needs and translating those requirements into system configurations
• Have an analytical mindset and the ability to see things from a holistic perspective
• Enjoy solving problems and finding better solutions and ways forward
• Advanced English skills, since this is the language, we communicate in in our Tribe
• Experience within the financial services industry or IT development would be beneficial
• Experience with Confluence or Jira would be beneficial

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business, Senior.
