
Senior Cyber Risk Specialist for Assessing Third Parties

Are you looking for the opportunity to assess cyber risks in a large financial institution? Security, Resilience, and Controls, headed by the Chief Security Officer, is an organisation that delivers high-quality security and risk solutions to Danske Bank and its customers.
The Cyber Design team under Security, Resilience, and Controls works with complex technical issues and contributes to developing Danske Bank’s global edge on innovative risk-mitigating solutions.
The Cyber Design team brings security architecture and internal security standards based on regulatory requirements and best practices to the rest of the Group.
The Cyber Design is responsible for assessing if internal and regulatory security requirements are met, and in relation to third parties, closely working with other expert areas in the bank to assess which IT risks the bank takes on.
The Cyber Design team has colleagues located in the Nordics and Lithuania, supplemented with skilled consultants primarily from India.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Mission
- Evaluate due diligence questionnaires from third parties to determine their suitability and compliance with cyber security standards
- Identify and assess cyber security risks related to third parties by utilising questionnaires, Danske Bank policies, and relevant industry best practices and standards
- Offer subject matter expertise to the TPRM team and internal stakeholders regarding third-party arrangements in your designated area of responsibility
- Effectively analyse complex risk scenarios, develop practical solutions, and present findings in an understandable manner
- Document analysis results to ensure transparency
- Stay current with the industry, regulatory, and legal requirements relevant to Policy and Control
Skills
- About 5 years of experience as a Cyber Risk Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, security, or similar
- Experience in collaboration with colleagues from other expert areas, also non-technical
- Solid diplomatic and communication skills in English
- Information security or risk credentials such as CRISC, CISSP or similar
- Advanced English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3280 EUR to 4920 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Specialist - Risk, Senior.
