In CDA we are more than +50 Analysts, Consultants, Engineers and Data Scientists working on transforming, tracking and improving the commercial results of Danske Bank.

We work with different types of behavioural data both of customers and Business. We use each other a lot for sparring and professional discussions and set high standards for our deliveries. Commercial Data & Analytics resides within Commercial Excellence as part of the Business. We are a global team working across the value chain from technical solutions and data, downstream towards the Business. We enable great customer journeys by teamwork and using each of our individual experience.

Mission

• Experienced Data Architect Wanted: Join our team as a seasoned Data Architect with a proven history of record in designing and implementing data solutions that propel business and create great customer journeys
• Strategic Data Leadership: Lead the development of our data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and data governance best practices
• Innovative Data Solutions: Drive innovation by designing cutting-edge data solutions and advanced analytics to unlock the full potential of our data assets, covering both high- and low latency data
• Data Governance Expertise: Establish and enforce data governance principles, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance while fostering a data-driven culture within the organization
• Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and sustainable data architectures that support data-driven organisation and business model

Skills

• 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in roles related to data architecture, database design, and data management
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex data solutions for organizations, ideally in various industries or domains
• Expertise in Data Technologies: Deep knowledge of data technologies, including relational databases, data warehousing, and Big Data platforms such as Hadoop and/or Spark
• Data Strategy and Governance: Proficiency in developing data strategies, establishing data governance frameworks, and ensuring data compliance and security
• Advanced Analytical Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and innovation
• Great Communication: Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leaders
• Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in data architecture and data management which we as an organisation will support
• Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 4960 EUR to 7440 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
