The team Workspace development is rooted in Real Estate in the Technology and Service area. In Real Estate, we are 30 employees situated in Denmark, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, and Finland, and together with Facility Management, we ensure to provide good workspaces and services for 22.000 Danske Bank employees across the world.

Out team develop and implement workplaces and customer’s concepts that support the Real Estate strategy and meet employees and customer needs. We work closely with different capabilities and professional areas in the bank e.g. HR, IT, Business partners and project managers to anchor the concepts and support with implementation by being Subject-Matter-Experts in different fields.

You as a Premises development consultant will be responsible for anchoring and develop our IT premises strategy in the premises area together with our digitalization team. The role will the business responsible and ensure right stakeholders are involved and work flow and process’ are mapped for digitization purpose by break-down our strategic goals to manageable activities that can be digitalized.


  • Be mapping premises needs and process for digitalization possibilities
  • Take the business ownership for all premises IT-systems, hereby be the point of contact to the digitalization team
  • Advise and guide the premises management team on the potential for digitalization and process optimization
  • Facilitate workshop and sessions with the purpose for collecting needs and requirements from the business to the digitalization team
  • Scope potential digitalization projects, prepare business case and get approval from Management
  • Drive larger implementation project together with the digitalization team, hereby key role is to ensure alignment with stakeholder and Subject matter expect in Premises
  • Develop and drive pilot for the smart office area as Business Owner
  • Take ownership for digitalization


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant studies (Business management, facility management)
  • 3-5 years experience from the Premises area or within project/business management re. implementation of digital processes as business owner
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with mapping process, and preferably familiar with different methods would be considered as a bonus
  • Facilitation skills, workshop + meeting
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills (both oral and written)
  • Professional stakeholder management skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
