
Senior IT Business Analyst in AML Review Tribe

Our mission in the AML Review Tribe is to protect our customers, society and banks from financial crime by developing highly automated AML due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance. If you are interested in fighting financial crime with modern, highly automated processes, then the AML Review Tribe is the place to be.
The Large Corporates and Institution Squad builds and own solutions that supports our case handling journeys with a one-truth data strategy. Our Squad is located in Denmark, Lithuania and India.
To further enable and leverage your skills, you will also be part of the Business Analyst Chapter within the AML Review Tribe. The Chapter Lead will be your HR manager, supporting and mentoring you to ensure your personal and professional growth. At the same time, you are also responsible for continuously learning and supporting the building up of your chapter’s functional expertise.
Mission
- Analyse business requirements and work together with Squad in developing AML Review Case Handling tools and systems
- Facilitate ongoing collaboration and continuous alignment of expectations within the Squad and with the Business stakeholders
- Be responsible for collecting business requirements and business logic documentation
- Manage expectations and evaluate requirements, risks together with developers and other stakeholders
- Take part in testing activities and incident management to ensure high solution quality
- Support Product Owner in planning activities, as well as help to optimize the value of squad‘s work
- Actively participate in agile events and chapter knowledge sessions
Skills
- Have a strong Business Analysis experience in IT setting
- Proficient problem-solving analytical skills utilizing various analysis methods and techniques
- Good understanding of IT systems and how various IT systems interact, experienced in the system and regression testing
- Able professionally and clearly communicate with business and technical stakeholders (developers), manage expectations, and ensure alignment between different parties’
- Translating requirements into user stories
- Experienced working in an agile environment using software like Jira and Confluence. Furthermore, you are familiar with SCRUM ceremonies like daily stand-up, sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Knowledge of SQL, understanding microservice architecture, or AML knowledge would be a benefit
- Advanced English skills to enable smooth collaboration with colleagues in Lithuania, Denmark, and India

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
