3rd Party Collateral and Clearing services is a part of Derivatives and Collateral Services function where we support derivatives trade lifecycle, house clearing, client clearing and 3rd Party Collateral Management. The focus of the department may vary according to the market conditions. Whenever the financial markets are a bit volatile, we are busy!

Currently we are looking for a colleague in Vilnius to become team member of global collateral management team. Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

Standard working hours are 09:00 to 18:00 EET. However, few times per week working on an early (08:00 to 17:00 EET) or afternoon (10:00 to 19:00 EET) might be required. We will agree on a working schedule together with you.


Perform and respond to control reporting

As part of the Collateral Management team you will perform:

  • Data Quality analysis prior to issuing margin calls
  • Margin Call issuance and responding to incoming margin calls focusing on Clearing
  • Booking of eligible collateral (cash/bonds/equities or repricing)
  • Onboarding of new clients and participating in larger projects

You will help out in the daily operations together with the margin team to ensure that all margin calls are handled, trade portfolios reconciled, and discrepancies and disputes are investigated and handled – adhering to strict deadlines.


Deliver expertise through collaboration with focus and speed

You bring with you an analytical mindset. Working for the value chain mindset and client – centricity is a must.

If you are interested in the financial markets, are familiar with bonds, shares and financial derivatives, and are able to take the dialogue with different stakeholders – this might be a good opportunity for you to explore.

  • Good communication and intermediate English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Have a flair for understanding the bigger picture and at the same time can zoom in to identify and address what is important
  • Analytical thinking, high level of accuracy and attention to details

  • Be client-focused and have a “can-do” attitude to achieve the best results

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1840 EUR to 2760 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Officer – Service Delivery Specialist, Senior.
