In (LC&I) we support the most complex financing and transaction needs of large corporate and institutional customers in the Nordics. Strategy Execution – our department – implements execution of strategic initiatives, large transformations and regulatory change in LC&I to support the business unit’s strategic agenda.

In Lithuania you will be joining a team an established team that is playing a significant role in driving Strategy Execution agenda and operates as partners to our colleagues in the Nordics.

Mission

• Support implementation of strategic agenda in dynamic environment
• Develop and handle execution plan from start to finish
• Generate ideas, structure and solve problems together with project teams
• Build and develop partnerships with stakeholders to secure their engagement and support of deliverables
• Facilitate interviews & workshops, analyze data and structure information
• Ensure deliveries as per agreed quality standard according to the vision
• Secure alignment with project/program governance structure

Skills

• Have 3+ years of experience in management consulting/project management
• Great at working with people and facilitating dialogue
• Motivated by making sense of complicated situations and interested in shaping and guiding projects through uncertainty
• Experience in working at international environment
• Advanced English skills
• Structured, pragmatic and enjoy meeting targets

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Project Manager, Senior.
