Mission

• Analyse business requirements and work together with the teams in developing Financial Crime tools and systems
• Work in an experienced team with other analysts and developers
• Product owner will support you in your daily tasks and set your prioritizations. In addition, your chapter lead will support you and help you grow and progress in your career
• Facilitate active collaboration and continuous alignment of expectations within the Squad and with the Business stakeholders
• Collect business requirements and business logic documentation
• Guide integration of data analysis speeding up the adoption of Data Mash and Data Product thinking
• Support in ensuring a merged approach to data acquisition, coving internal and external data
• Create and maintain proper documentation of requirements and developed solutions covering business logic

Skills

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience with data handling, knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or similar program
• Deep understanding of the context and translation of business requirements into technologically workable solution ideas
• Analysis and challenge of business requirements to break down these into tangible user stories
• Basic understanding of Data Management and public cloud is a preference
• Have experience working in an agile environment and using software like Jira and Confluence. You are familiar with SCRUM ceremonies like daily stand-up, sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Have solid presentation and communication skills
• Self-organized and worked autonomously and structured with the mandate to move fast and get things done
• Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
