The Intranet & Web Platforms team, part of End User Services, provides modern collaboration, web hosting, and automation services, leveraging the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform technology stack. A team of 12 colleagues in Lithuania, Denmark, and India is responsible for service ownership, platform engineering, solution development, user support, and technology adoption.
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to introduce the full spectrum of Power Platform no-code/low-code capabilities at Danske Bank. The new colleague will be responsible for designing service architecture, defining governance, driving adoption, and establishing our Power Platform Centre of Excellence. Responsibilities also include creating consultancy and development processes, upskilling team members, digitalising business processes, and building and maintaining a solution catalogue.

Mission
- Design the Power Platform service architecture
- Produce service technical and security assessments
- Develop service governance and learning materials
- Create no-code/low-code consultancy and development processes based on industry best practices
- Establish and lead the Power Platform Centre of Excellence
- Build and maintain a company-wide solution catalogue.

- Drive Power Platform adoption at Danske Bank
- Digitalise and automate business processes to create high-quality no-code/low-code solutions
Skills
- At least 3 years of experience with Power Platform, with an understanding of Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure technologies
- Experience in software development, quality assurance, business analysis, and project management
- Experience with data integration, data modelling, and process automation
- Skilled in creating Power Platform solutions, digitalising, and automating business processes
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, along with Advanced English proficiency
- A valid Power Platform certification would be beneficial

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 5440 EUR to 8160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
