Who we are
You will join the Investment and Securities Fraud team in 1st Line Financial Crime, which is responsible for a significant amount of investment assets under management on the buy side and major investment banking transactions on the sell side. Our team consists of both investment and securities professionals and technical experts – colleagues from multiple nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
Our 1st Line Financial Crime Fraud team consists of 50+ highly engaged colleagues with very diverse backgrounds located in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Lithuania.

Together, we empower stakeholders around the Bank to make the right decisions, so the Bank can effectively fight and prevent fraud while also ensuring a great customer experience and a safer society.

Mission
- Drive the mapping out of the uncharted territories of Investment and Securities Fraud
- Conduct explorative analytics with large datasets, including identifying and combining multiple internal and external data sources
- Research and develop novel methodologies for investment fraud analytics, detection, and monitoring
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert to the development of data sourcing, data integration, and data warehousing
- Contribute to complex and large-scale Investment Fraud investigations with quantitative analytics
- Transform raw data into meaningful and actionable insights, visualizations, and reports
- Build and drive cross-domain collaboration with other stakeholders and fraud domains to strengthen the bank’s cross-cutting fraud prevention, detection, and controls
Skills
- At least 2-3 years of demonstrated programming experience (e.g., Python)
- Proven database skills (especially relational SQL databases)
- A relevant educational background, for example, in finance, data analytics, or data science
- Some professional experience in the financial sector and/or with fraud risk, such as trading, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Ability and curiosity to learn new things: Investment Fraud analytics is a relatively new area in the bank
- Stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Upper-Intermediate skills in spoken as well as written English
- Experience with big data (e.g., Hive, Hadoop) and data visualization (e.g., Tableau) is desirable

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2600 EUR to 3900 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
