Strategic Investment Partner to join Digital Investment Management
Area
Are you an expert in financial steering and investment management? Do you excel at making strategic financial decisions and comfortably interact with senior leadership? If so, your skills are needed!
The Digital Investment Management (DIM) team, located within the CFO Area, is instrumental in directing financial decisions and managing investments across Danske Bank’s agile and cross-functional development organization. We specialize in financial decision-making and cost steering, using traditional finance techniques such as budgeting and forecasting to determine development capacity.
Our team is also crucial in advancing the group’s strategic agenda. We bridge strategic plans with financial planning and development, project the financial impacts of strategies, and support the definition and tracking of benefits. We are committed to continuously enhancing the development organization’s financial steering model to ensure alignment with agile principles, governance, and processes.
As an Investment Partner, you will support at least one development unit—depending on the unit’s size—and act as the primary Finance contact for the senior leadership of those units. You will also help evolve our team’s methodologies and act as an ambassador for positive change management across various stakeholders within the organization.
We are currently seeking a candidate to team up with a senior strategic investment partner supporting one of the bank’s largest development units. This role involves working as part of a small team within the DIM team, sharing responsibilities where the current colleague will take a more leading role, and you will be partnering up.
Our team is a relatively new, globally based team in Lithuania and Denmark, working collaboratively to empower our stakeholders to create and deliver high value to Danske Bank customers.
Depending on your experience, you may be offered a different seniority of the role.
