I am Martynas Stulginskas and I am leading the Finance and Purchasing Support team in Telia Global Services Lithuania. With over 500 team mates in IT, network, analytics, software development, procurement, HR and finance operations, we are the Telia Company‘s competency hub working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.
We are now looking for a Support Specialist to join a team of 14 people at Telia Company Financial Shared Services (FSS)
Your next challenge?
In the role as a Support Specialist you will be part of a team with the purpose to support in English Telia customers and Telia colleagues in the finance and purchasing area. You will get a broad understanding and build both wide and deep knowledge in the processes around purchasing, invoice management, payment, user satisfaction, PLAZA reporting and IT systems.
You will work in a truly global environment in an exciting industry and get all the support you will need for both your professional and personal development. You will play an important part in making a difference for those who need support to accomplish their tasks in Swedish/English languages. To describe this role in one word – Fintech, you will have ability to collect knowledge arsenal for future perspectives.
We are looking for you who have a proven experience from earlier assignment in the customer service. Most importantly you should have a big interest in finance and purchasing processes.

We offer a monthly base salary from 1250 - 1600 EUR gross plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results.
