Support Specialist


I am Vytautė Dobrovolskė and I am leading the Finance and Purchasing Support team in Telia Global Services Lithuania. We are the competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, Analytics, Telecommunication Networks, Software Development, Sourcing (Procurement), HR, Finance Operations. The hub is working with cutting edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.

We are now looking for a Support Specialist to join a team of 13 people who are eager to meet the new joiner!

Your next challenge?

In the role as a Support Specialist you will be part of a team with the purpose to support Telia customers, vendors and Telia colleagues in English in the finance and purchasing area. You will get a broad understanding and build both wide and deep knowledge in the processes around purchasing, invoice management, payment, and accounting. Moreover, you will have an opportunity to engage into different projects and improvements, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the processes.

You will work in a truly global environment in an exciting industry and get all the support you will need for both your professional and personal development. You will play an important part in making a difference for those who need support to accomplish their tasks. The main support flow comes from tickets, but you will be supporting requestors through calls and chats as well.

Most importantly you should have a big interest in finance and purchasing processes.

Your experience:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Service Now (advantage)
  • Knowledge of any additional Nordic language (advantage).

We offer a monthly base salary from 1250 - 1600 EUR gross plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
