Do you want to be part of an international, dynamic and truly value creating team that serves international large corporate and institutional customers wishing to do business in any of our markets – the Nordics, the UK, Ireland, and Poland.

Tender team is responsible for a successful and timely delivery of responses to corporates’ Requests for Proposal (RfPs) covering Cash Management and other Transaction Banking products across all our markets.

We are a diverse, close-knit team drawing on each other’s strengths and support in order to deliver the best solution for our prospect customers. You will become part of a global team located in Copenhagen, Oslo and Vilnius, – your main workplace will be in Vilnius. On a daily basis, you will be working with various departments (Business & Products) in various countries across the bank, which over time will help you build a strong network and understanding of different Transaction Banking products and services.

Mission

Your main responsibility will be creating drafts of written Cash Management tenders in the most efficient and effective way by using market-leading software and best practice methodology.

Other responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain and improve tender database and customer sales material for content accuracy, consistency and simplicity
  • Be responsible for Tender team’s reporting and teamsite (weekly reporting, stakeholder satisfaction)
  • Contribute to the team’s strategic initiatives to ensure a continuous development of the team

Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in e.g. Business, Communication, Project Management or related fields
  • Relevant experience from proposal writing or content creation within the financial industry will be a great advantage
  • Great communication skills (verbal, visual and written) are crucial, as a major part of success is being able to deliver the right message to the right audience in the right format
  • Excellent MS Word, Power Point and Excel skills
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment where you cannot always predict if the next deadline will be super flexible or very tight – after all, we seek to serve our prospect customers’ wishes
  • You are a true team-player who always stands up to help your colleagues and posses a “we-can-do” attitude
  • You are detail-oriented, organized and have a systematic approach that enables you to rapidly understand, structure and execute tasks

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1760 EUR to 2640 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Consultant - Development.
