Work model and location: Flexible.

Lithuania office / factory is located in Pabradė, 50 km from Vilnius.
Our headquarters are located in UK, Wokingham.
We have offices and factories in other countries.
Remote work possibility.
The candidate should be willing to travel, if required.

Reporting to: Quality department, Computerised Systems Project Manager.

Main responsibility:

Analyse ERP functionality and transform requirements into effective test approaches, considering data and environment prerequisites.
Prepare and execute detailed test plans and scripts, both manual and automated, where appropriate.
Coordinate and guide business stakeholders through testing and UAT activities.
Managing and executing static tests, such as user requirements, system specifications and design reviews.
Managing and executing non-functional tests, such as but not limited to security, reliability, availability, usability.
Report any incidents captured when executing tests.
Provide timely, concise and accurate reporting that allows project managers and stakeholder to understand progress, risks and take action as necessary.
Maintain stability and quality of released systems by applying quality and testing activities (e.g. periodic review, regression testing).
Maintain software QA documentation (plans, reports, incidents) catalogue.
Participate in improving IT QA methods, team collaboration and testing/verification tools.

Work with:

ERP programme and change team;
Computerised systems project manager;
Business and IT delivery teams.
Business analysts.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, IT or other exact sciences discipline).
3+ years QA experience, focused on software testing activities.
3+ years of working with business management systems.
Good knowledge of project and issue tracking tools, such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub or similar.
Experience with various testing methodologies, such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery processes.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work and interact with various personnel.
Good computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.

Preferred Qualification:

Planning, organizational and project management skills.
Understanding of quality, manufacturing, finance and supply chain management processes.
Enterprise resource planning system experience, mainly AX/D365 or other ERP.
Proficiency in using D365 RSAT, Selenium or similar test automation tool.
Baseline knowledge on D365 architecture, including customization and integration points.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations.
Experience in computerised system validation, software testing or similar area.
