Task information:

  • Collect and analyze process information and business requirements from various stakeholders, including Sales, Accountancy, Risks, Lawyers, and others
  • Model business processes and provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders in both business and IT to support the delivery of requirements
  • Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of IT systems
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing and improving business processes and IT applications
  • Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in system analysis in the financial/lending industry
  • Strong knowledge of lending products in the banking industry. Basic knowledge of accounting would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated diligence, analytical thinking, and excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in English in both verbal and written communication, including technical writing
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business management, financial economics, or a related field
