We are expanding Data Analytics Hub in Telia Global Services Lithuania which consists of business data analysts, data engineers and martech developers. Team members of this Hub are strongly integrated into Analytics unit to build awesome data and analytical products for customers across all countries of Telia Company. 

I’m Daina Rutkauskienė, Head of Data Analytics Hub and looking for a talented Business Data Analyst / Scrum Master  not only to help us implement awesome analytical products for customers across all countries of Telia Company, but also to take lead on the maintaining the team agility.

Business Data Analyst / Scrum Master  is a hybrid role which open doors towards leadership. You will have a key role in the team being the bridge between business & analytics, helping the stakeholders together with the team to maximize the value out of analytics along with providing agile best practices.

You will be part of a highly skilled and passionate team focused on delivering actionable insights for different lines of business across in our 6 countries where we operate. We are working in agile cross-functional DevOps teams tightly integrated with our stakeholders. Our team consists of data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, agile delivery lead, solution architects and product owner.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Work to continuously develop our product portfolio for BI reporting and self-service.

• Responsible for facilitating the team’s agile ceremonies such as daily stand ups, retrospectives and planning.

• Secure proper estimates are assigned to the work being done by the team.

• Assist in the successful onboarding and training of new team members.

• Ensure that the team works efficiently and independently, and that the team's capacity is used in a good and efficient way.

Your Experience:

• Previously worked as Data Analyst with several success stories to share

• Proficient developing in Qlik Sense or similar BI tools

• Extracting, transforming and loading data from multiple sources into BI applications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Intelligence, Information Technology or Computer Science, Data Science, or similar

• Previously have been a part of a scrum team

• Solid understanding of the entire analytical product development life cycle, from initial demand and requirements through the development, deployment and maintenance

• Knowledge of SAFe and agile principles

• Fluent in English.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 3546 Eur (gross) to 5318 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
