KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data preparation, querying, analysis & insights of transactional customer data
- Analysis & insights of various operational areas that impact customer behaviour (promos, pricing, assortment, etc.)
- Analysis & insights of company KPIs
- A/B testing and results analysis
- Data quality checking
- Report creation and automation
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in a science field
- 2+ years of experience, ideally in a company that deals with transaction data (retail, loyalty, banking, etc.)
- SQL
- MS Excel (VBA is a plus)
- Visualization skills (Tableau, PowerBI) are a plus
- Other programming languages (R, Python, etc.) are a plus
- Analytic mindset
- Curious & passionate about data & analytics and actionable insight, want to understand the causes of observations, able to independently find information, offer solutions
- Ability to communicate with all levels and types of colleagues in a clear manner
