Right now, we are looking for an Online sales professional to join our Digital channels team.

Your next challenge?
Your main responsibilities and challenge will be ensuring different campaigns and initiatives in online channels (Public web, E-shop, Self-service) for new and repeated digital sales and digital revenue growth. This is a great opportunity if you love combining digital perception, customer and business relationships.
You will have responsibility for covering different online initiatives for different segments (B2C, B2B). Work with identification of customers' and business needs to ensure company's digital sales and online transactions shift. Also, collaborate with both internal and external resources: business, marketing, product owners, web designers, user experience specialists, developers, analysts, IT and other channels.

You have a passion for customers, marketing and technology. You can translate technological language into customer language. Ability to have a broad perspective while maintaining attention to details. You have a good understanding our industry, how we work and our products. You like freedom to act and we expect you to use it in a responsible way. Leading complex projects is something that excites you and you excel in building strong customer relationships.
- Understand online consumer and online, digital sales and digitalization trends
- Can facilitate communication between the business owners, technology owners, and supporting teams
- Are pro-active and have result-oriented thinking
- Could operate effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure
- Have 2+ years working experience in digital (digital sales, online projects/development)
- Have worked with CRO, Google Analytics, A/B testing, email marketing
- Speak and write fluent in English
- Operate in highly complex and rapidly changing environment
