Scrum master’s team is a new team of scrum masters that support Adform in setting the right foundation for Agile and helps Adform development teams to deliver incremental product features to our customers around the globe. Your responsibilities

• Form and lead the team of scrum masters
• Develop a strategy for Agile adoption in organization and the necessary key performance indicators to validate both its execution and performance
• Lead implementation of the agreed strategy for Agile
• Measure, evaluate and report the progress of Agile adoption in the organization
• Develop a tooling strategy to support both implementation and adoption of Agile
• Develop, coach and mentor Scrum Masters to support their growth
• Coordinate the development of the Agile knowledge repository incl. best practices, onboarding rules for newcomers and training calendar

We expect you have/are

• Experience as a people manager
• Experience working as a Scrum Master, 3+ years
• Living and breathing Agile
• PSM II or higher level of certification
• Field-proven experience with Agile at scale (e.g. SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc.)
• Capable to design, create, emulate, and reinforce agile principles on management environments
• Excellent communication skills that support building credibility, trust, and engaging stakeholders
• Strong ability to explain (verbally and written) complex topics in a simple and lucid manner
• Experienced in leading changes in at least medium size international environment
• Strong partner for senior management team members who feels comfortable to challenge status quo
• Strong coaching and mentoring experience in terms of good Agile practices
