Help Desk Support


Task information:

  • Improves employee productivity through the implementation and support of hardware and software tools and systems;
  • Responds to and participates in resolution of production issues (business hours & on-call schedule);
  • Manages resolution of problems and escalates as required, and root cause analysis;
  • Evaluates and recommends emerging technologies;
  • Assists in planning desktop related tasks and projects and tracks scheduled completion;
  • Assists in finding and correcting root cause of major desktop related issues;
  • Provides support relating to PC problems reported by users;
  • Installs PC hardware and peripheral components, such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives; loads and verifies correct operation of software packages, such as operating systems, word processing, and spreadsheet programs all in accordance with - - Company guidelines and the division’s budget;
  • Provides technical expertise/training to the end-users as needed and resolving equipment or operator problems; makes minor repairs or refers to service personnel.


  • Experience with Active Directory;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Troubleshooting and fault resolution skills;
  • Experience with hardware setup and device management;
  • Experience with Windows and MacBooks based systems;
  • Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite);
  • Have confidence in managing services as (AD, DNS, VPN, Routing, TCP/IP, IPsec etc.);
  • Advanced level of English.
