Task information:
- As an IT Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and improving IT processes within the bank's technology department:
- continuously reviewing, enhancing and monitoring IT processes to optimize efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- developing and maintaining process documentation, standard operating procedures and work instructions
- collaborating with cross-functional teams, developers, security, business units and managed service providers, to ensure seamless integration of IT processes
- preparing for and participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- planning and executing changes in a controlled manner, minimizing disruptions and risks
- participating in exciting IT projects that are driving innovation forward
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong passion for technology, combined with analytical thinking and excellent time management skills, and also will possess the following mandatory skills and qualifications:
- A higher education degree in IT or a related technology field
- Practical experience in designing IT system administration
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT process or project management
- Fluent English language skills, both written and oral
- The ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
