IT Security Manager
My name is Mindaugas Raugalė and I am leading Infrastructure Tools and Apps Division at Telia Lietuva. The team is responsible for ITSM Tooling services, IT monitoring, Backup and restore, discovery tools, applications, IT Security area, and some other services. Right now I am looking for a Cyber Security professional to join my team as an IT Security manager.
As a member of my team, you will take ownership of Cyber Security area topics:
Build Security solutions and services for our customers;
Expand Security services portfolio;
Improve IT Security maturity level;
Run Security assessments & provide improvements;
Implement or improve existing processes needed for effective security topic management.
Your responsibility will be to ensure, that our customers` infrastructure will be secured according to the highest standards. It is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals that I am very proud of.

Who are you?
You are a collaborator and with critical thinking, a trustworthy team player with Cyber Security knowledge, IT infrastructure understanding, automation knowledge, and strong ownership characteristics. You are a person who knows there’s no excuse for unresolved problems, undelivered project tasks, or missed vulnerable components.
Do you have a passion for technology and Security? And you have a deep understanding of Cyber Security core things? I expect you to adhere to the following requirements.
Your experience:
Have at least 3 years of experience in Securing IT infrastructure, IT services, or applications;
Hands-on practice in various Cyber Security areas:
Vulnerability management;
Hardening management;
Security operations center services;
SIEM implementation and configuration
Performing security assessments;
Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken);
Fundamentals of ITIL, Agile practice.
