IT Technical Specialist for Service Desk
Right now, we are looking for IT Technical Specialist. I am Danas Pusinskas, and I am leading Service Desk squad in Enterprise Service Desk team - This new opportunity for an IT Service Desk Agent could really be something special for someone who is in for new challenges, are you ready to hear me out?
This position is in Telia Global Services Lithuania. Telia Global Services Lithuania is the competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, network, analytics, procurement, HR and finance operations.
Your next challenge?
The IT Technical Specialist will be responsible for ensuring qualitative, world class support delivery related to IT services and tools for approximately 20 000 internal users in the Nordics & Baltics. You will act as a first point of contact for all IT user related queries helping them to navigate through applications or resolving simple day to day questions via phone and web form. Our internal database will help you on everyday tasks
You will work in our new L37 Telia Global Services Lithuania office in Vilnius. All together, we are more than 500 people with plans to expand even more within upcoming year. We are not the usual first line but 1,5 line. And to become 1,5 line we provide all necessary trainings (not only on your onboarding journey but for your professional growth).
Who are you?
You will be our voice of IT, so you will have to be service minded, customer oriented and a flexible fast-thinker who enjoys the challenge of coordinating and resolving issues quickly on the spot. Since you will be supporting users in an international environment, great coordination and communication skills in English are crucial. Maybe you want to change your career path or you have just graduated from university, in anyway – this is a great entry position to start and grow as a professional in Telia Company (and we have great examples of it).
Not necessary an IT geek but have a lot of passion for IT and customer;
Quick to act and have ability to remain calm in stressful situations;
Quality and results oriented.
Fluent in English and Lithuanian (verbal and written);
Basic computer skills and experience;
Previous experience in customer/user support is an advantage.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 1233 to 1850 eur/month (gross) plus annual bonuses which depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
