My name is Rytis Staneika, and I am proudly heading Enterprise Enablement team within Telia IT. The Enterprise Enablement team is focusing on HR & Employee IT Services development and support across the countries. As we continue forward, we are now going to recruit a IT Technical Specialist in Human Resources service area.

Your next opportunity?

You will be part of the team responsible for HR tooling for all Telia Company. Your key roles & responsibilities:

  • Perform IT compliance activities

  • Provide day-to-day applications support

  • Proactively identify/troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and manage incidents or problems raised by the users

  • Collaboration with other supporting teams to resolve complex issues

Your experience:

For this position, we are looking for someone with Business and IT experience in the areas relevant for the position, with business acumen and good understanding of the strategic and tactical issues within the IT-services sector. You can manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach and integrity. Furthermore, you need:

Must skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working as enterprise IT specialist
  • Good understanding about Windows server and MS SQL database administration
  • General understanding of IT compliance
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Comfortable in managing multiple processes at once

Nice to have skills:

  • Ability to understand and write queries for reporting needs and data manipulation (removing personal data, etc.)
  • Experience with any kind of compliance processes (business impact analysis, risk asssesments, etc.)
  • Web server support experience
  • SaaS application experience
