Java Developer
My name is Mindaugas Krokas and I am leading Digital Channels Lithuania team in Telia. Right now, we are looking for a back-end developer to join our team. As a team member of this team, you will be part of self-care portal development journey with a lot of exciting challenges ahead. We strive to create world-class digital solutions that exceed our customer’s expectations!
Your next challenge?
As Back-end developer you will build new technical solutions to implement business needs for market leading company. You will be working in a dynamic Agile team consisting of developers, QA, UX designers and business representatives, with a clear goal to build new self-care portal to improve the customer experience and satisfaction. You will closely collaborate and work directly with architecture and design team professionals who specialize in scalable and complex systems.
As a back-end developer you will:
Work in an international team of highly motivated professionals
Deliver scalable, testable, maintainable, and high-quality code
Review code and mentor more junior colleagues, help them acquire more technical knowledge
Solve complicated business cases with assistance from experienced architects
Collaborate closely with PO, back-end engineers, QA and other team members
Contribute to code reviews and overall code quality improvements
Be able to participate in an interview process
Your skills:
JAVA
Spring framework
Docker, Kubernetes or similar
API’s (REST, GraphQL)
Microservices
GitHub, SonarQube
Knowledge of:
Public cloud (e.g. AWS) and SaaS services
CI/CD tools and principles.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary of 3 855 - 5 782 Eur
(gross). Plus, annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
