At Telia Company, you will have a key role in our Data & Analytics team and help us to create true business value through data and analytics and make Telia Lithuania a more data-driven organization. To succeed in this journey, we need to shorten time to insight and build even more reliable analytical products. This is where we need your help.

We have set a new target architecture with a strong focus on establishing public cloud capabilities, in addition to our current on-premises platforms. As a Solution Architect your main responsibility will be creating end-to-end solution architectures on public cloud AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Software as a Service (SaaS), but also driving continuous improvements of our cloud and on-premises platforms together with other architects.

The role includes translating business requirements into technical solutions, as well as managing the deliveries of these solutions to stakeholders, in collaboration with development teams, architects, data analysts, data scientists and business representatives. There are exciting analytics use cases waiting for you to work on, as we have recently refined our Data Strategy and formed our IT capability development roadmap accordingly. We are also actively looking for possibilities to use new tools and technologies, and will need you to prototype, analyze and form a vision on possibilities that e.g., cloud journey could bring us.

We expect you to have a strong professional background with relevance for this position:

• Proven record of accomplishment of acting as a solution architect in this field, resulting in successful solution implementations
• Experience working with Marketing Technology solutions (SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Blueconic, etc.) as well as sales analytics
• Experience from architecting end-to-end IT solutions supporting operational business processes, i.e., not only for analytics use cases
• Experience from architecting multiple analytics solutions including real time requirements using public cloud technologies (preferably AWS)
• Additionally, knowledge and hands-on experience on SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) framework and agile development methods would be preferred
• Have experience presenting the solutions in the architecture and technical communities of our group
• Have awareness of security principles is a big plus
• Good knowledge in Data Governance principles and awareness on concepts of Data Quality, Data lineage and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) principles
• Good knowledge in system integration patterns, e.g., API, Messaging Bus technologies
• Background as a software engineer is preferred
• Good knowledge one of the principles DevOps, DataOps or MLOps
• Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Fluent in English

We offer a monthly base salary from 4 986 - 7 478 EUR (gross) monthly (this is a reference range, exact salary will depend on your competences).
