What You Will Do:
  • Define customer requirements, maintain a prioritized product backlog, help organize Agile software sprints alongside Engineering, and act as a product expert to the rest of the organization;
  • Represent the customer on the Scrum team, provide vision and direction to the Agile development team throughout the project;
  • Ensure that the products are delivered rapidly to market, and stay current with customer needs, technology advancements, and competitive differentiation;
  • Lead day to day delivery activities of cross-functional team to create a great product;
  • Guide and mentor team members on how to use Agile/Scrum best practices, values, and principles.

  • What We Expect:
  • At least 3 years of product management, IT delivery management, or similar experience;
  • Experience applying Agile development methods and Scrum in particular (knowledge of Waterfall is a plus);
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency with Jira or similar issue management software;
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a cross-functional team with designers, developers, and business teams;
  • That you are a challenge-hungry, result-oriented team player who could lead the team and continuously improve.

  • Gross salary 2450 - 4950 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
