CityBee Senior Product Designer


Bzzz, the story of CityBee, a shared mobility company, started back in 2012 in Lithuania. We have become a leading car-sharing company in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Today we operate in 3 countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. CityBee has over 2.5 thousand vehicles (including cars, vans, and bicycles) in its fleet and nearly 900 thousand users. Our main goal is to simplify everyday life by offering innovative urban mobility, in this way reducing urban congestion and CO2 emissions. Thanks to CityBee services, there are up to 18k thousand less cars in the streets and parking lots since one shared car replaces 12 privately owned cars! Product Design plays a key role in the way we build products at CityBee. Together with Product Management and Engineering teams Product Design take an equal part in decision making on how to take broad conceptual ideas and turn them into something valuable to our users. Product Designers at CityBee work on creatively solving complicated real-world problems to deliver value to our users. New team member can be based in Vilnius or Kaunas.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Take broad conceptual ideas and turn them into products that are incredibly simple, elegant, super user friendly and valuable to CityBee users;
  • Combine product data insights and user research to develop design concepts and experiments;
  • Conduct usability tests to validate design ideas and collect user feedback early in the process;
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups and specs for the development team;
  • Review and improve the design of existing products;
  • Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of CityBee products.


  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UX Researcher or similar role;
  • Hands-on experience with user research processes, methodologies, and user testing;
  • Deep understanding of user experience design, interaction modeling, visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture;
  • Ability to focus on simplicity and great user experience;
  • Ability to find feasible design solution within given technical and time constraints;
  • Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and decisions made;
  • Have empathy for our end users, always be considering their needs against our business requirements;
  • Working knowledge of Figma (or other design tools);
  • Knowledge of current digital design trends and conventions;
  • Good written and verbal English skills.

Monthly salary:

  • From 3300 EUR gross to 5000 Eur gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
