I am Anton Magnusson, and I am heading one of our Trouble Ticketing units. As a member of my team, you will be developing, maintaining, and operating our on-premises ServiceNow instance that will support our Service Assurance and Service & Support processes locally and globally at Telia.
This role includes, but is not limited to:
Successfully estimate, plan, and execute stories and tasks within the sprint backlog.
Pick up and update stories assigned to you in Jira as you progress from status New to Complete.
Produce clean, efficient code based on best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Recommend and execute improvements.
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Identify and write the equivalent to Unit tests, Performance tests, and update test plans.

Your Experience:
Deep knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, REST, and HTML is needed.
Experience working with an agile team and using agile methodologies.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
We would also appreciate it if you have experience, but not mandatory, in:
Experience in ServiceNow development (minimum of 1 year), preferably with on-prem installations.
Development and configuration experience in ITOM, ITSM, and Integration hub.
Testing using an Automated Testing Framework is a must, and Selenium, Blazemeter, JMeter, or any other performance testing tool is desirable.
Knowledge of ITIL and TM Forum Frameworx.
