I am Darius Ramanauskas, I am leading Unix & Linux Division in Telia Lietuva. I am looking for a professional to join my team as SAP Team Lead. We are working with business-critical platforms and our task is to ensure the best service delivered for our customers. Your next challenge?

This is a senior role within our company for a professional who is experienced in managing various IT platforms and people. We will give you clear goals, support, and tools to reach them all. For the team, the main task is to deliver professional services for our customers. To achieve this, we need to focus on the quality and efficiency of our daily operations within these platforms:

SAP Basis & HANA.

 Focus areas are:

Ensuring committed SLAs.
Improving toolset used in environments and processes.
Following the vendor’s product life cycle and adjusting to our customers’ environments.
Maintain the correct inventory information we are responsible for.
Maintain relationships with clients’ representatives and vendors.

 As SAP Team Lead, you will:

Create and implement platforms’ development roadmaps.
Contribute future development of new services and new platforms.
Lead the team of highly competent administrators.
Work closely with various internal operations teams and external partners.
Manage people, balance workloads, control the team’s efficiency.

Who are you?

You are a person who knows there’s no excuse for unresolved problems, undelivered project tasks, missed availability targets and you have a passion for technology and leadership. You have worked as a Team Lead preferably in SAP Basis/HANA environment, Technical Consultant or Manager, and you have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and operational practices. If you recognize yourself in this description, this role could be a great fit for you.

 Your Experience:

Have at least 5 years’ experience working with IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux, various DB technologies).
Have experience managing a team as a team lead/team manager.
Hands-on practice in various configuration and delivery activities (SAP will be considered as an advantage).
Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).

We offer a monthly base salary from 3855 Eur (gross) to 5782 Eur (gross) plus an annual bonus which varies depending on your performance and Telia's results. Besides for each employee, Telia has an additional employee benefits package which includes:
