Task information:

  • As a Client Support Specialist you will work directly with our global customers in a 24/7 technical support. You will assist our clients by answering incoming phone calls,  opening new cases and working with ticketing system . Your primary focus will be on providing customer service by performing question/problem diagnosis in order to resolve issues that our clients have
  • You will also cooperate with people working in our company all over the world and redirect questions to appropriate departments.
  • Handle a high volume of client support requests, mainly via inbound calls. Clients are also able to send their inquiries to us via email or chat 
  • Understand our client needs, expectations and assist in order to achieve resolution
  • Provide excellent customer service by making sure that our clients don’t have outstanding issues


  • Proficient written/spoken English and Spanish is a must
  • Ability to work evening and late night shifts
  • Help desk experience with level 1 troubleshooting experience or customer service experience either face to face or in a support center is highly preferred
  • College degree in Computer Science / IT related field or networking is a plus
