
Technical support engineer
Darbo pobūdis:
- Processing IT applications in the service desk system;
- Customer support (solving problems with the equipment, organization of access to the resources, responding to requests, issues, and system failures)
- New workplaces organization and support to the existing;
- Participating in IT projects;
- Repairing and fixing problems and failures with the equipment and software;
- Solving issues with information security
Reikalavimai:
- Windows at the administrator level, (troubleshooting in domain networks, at least basic knowledge);
- Active Directory (work with server systems preferable, work in technical support of large organizations - starting from 50 PCs);
- Network technology (basic knowledge);
- Experience in telephony or basic knowledge at least;
- Processing Helpdesk requests;
- Russian language skills at level B2 or higher.
- English language skills at level B2 or higher.
