Get Ready To:
  • Design, plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (including remote and in-person UX studies, surveys for existing and future products);
  • Generate actionable insights connecting research insights with product data;
  • Work closely with product managers and designers to achieve the best results;
  • Manage setting up of user needs and issues collection framework that incorporates different user feedback channels;
  • Advocate the voice of users and maintain a shared team understanding of their goals, needs, and issues through pertaining exposure to users;
  • Communicate research insights in an effective way and create reports.

We Expect You To:
  • Have experience creating engaging UI and UX for web and mobile applications with a portfolio to prove it;
  • Be experienced in UX research ( conducting qualitative and mixed-methods research, experience in creating personas is a huge plus);
  • Have experience with conducting in-person interviews and/or remote user testing would be an advantage;
  • Have experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or other design, versioning, and prototyping tools;
  • Be capable to create your work-flow and mentor others;
  • Be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and constantly keep up-to-date of the latest trends and best practices;
  • Be a social butterfly with no fear of presenting your insights (both in English and Lithuanian).
