Job description:

  • Assume full ownership of field sales activities, targeting biggest end customers across the Kaunas region.

  • Devise and execute effective sales strategies to attain revenue and growth objectives. 
  • Foster and maintain enduring relationships with existing customers (end users). 
  • Ensure customers gain a comprehensive understanding of the product offerings. 
  • Strategically plan and organize captivating demo days to enhance product awareness. 
  • Work diligently to surpass sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
  • Ensure all endeavors align harmoniously with the company's overarching business objectives. 

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales experience with comparable products and/or services. 
  • Proficiency in handling technical products and/or services. 
  • Previous involvement in B2B sales. 
  • Possession of a valid driving license. 
  • Strong verbal and written English language abilities. 
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in various software programs. 

Nice to have: 

  • Prior experience in selling power tools 
  • A person with ''DIY'' (Do It Yourself) attitude. 

  • Previous experience collaborating with larger end users.
