Assume full ownership of field sales activities, targeting biggest end customers across the Kaunas region.
- Devise and execute effective sales strategies to attain revenue and growth objectives.
- Foster and maintain enduring relationships with existing customers (end users).
- Ensure customers gain a comprehensive understanding of the product offerings.
- Strategically plan and organize captivating demo days to enhance product awareness.
- Work diligently to surpass sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all endeavors align harmoniously with the company's overarching business objectives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience with comparable products and/or services.
- Proficiency in handling technical products and/or services.
- Previous involvement in B2B sales.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Strong verbal and written English language abilities.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in various software programs.
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in selling power tools

A person with ''DIY'' (Do It Yourself) attitude.
- Previous experience collaborating with larger end users.
