Task information:

• Monitor operations of the Contitrade cloud services to ensure stable and performant operations within the defined service parameters.
• Resolve operational incidents/work orders/change requests in line with existing SLAs and agreed (TSM processes, engage with internal and external stakeholders when needed.
• Plan and execute upgrades, deployment of patches and changes of operating systems (both IaaS and AVD) and database servers and address these proactively to meet Cybersecurity or IT governance requirements.
• Operate, monitor and maintain the Azure Virtual Desktop platform
• Ensure compliance of Cloud services with Conti Group standards (cyber protection, patching, inventory) or Audit requirements.
• Continuously investigate opportunities for automation and standardization regarding cloud services to increase quality and speed of deployment.
• Participate in IT infrastructure activities and projects.

 

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer science (or comparable), alternatively comparable and extensive industry experience (f.e. in IT infrastructure)                                                    
• In-depth experience in IT infrastructure and Windows server/client administration & operations
• Experience in database server administration
• Good understanding of Azure cloud architecture & administration, especially Azure Virtual Desktop
• Experience in project management
• Strong communications skills and customer orientation
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
